Responsibilities:
- Perform counter duties and housekeeping in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Attend to customer feedback via Customer Management System
- Answer or redirect enquiries over telephone or walk-in enquiries at the Gate or counter
- Provide assistance and information to all visitors
- Offer and provide visitor amenities
- Identify and resolve on-ground incidents and facility faults
- Perform visitor registration
Requirements
- Comfortable with companion animals (e.g., Dog, Cat, Bird, Guinea Pig, Hamsters, Rabbits, Rodents etc)
- Conversant in mother tongue (e.g., Malay, Tamil or Chinese) preferred.
- Possess at least three (3) passes in the GCE ‘O’ Level certificate with a credit in English Language or equivalent (e.g., Higher Nitec in Business Administrative certificate).
- Be proficient in both written and spoken English. Basic IT skills such as using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc).
