Assist the Outlet Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant. Responsible for overseeing the daily operations ensuring a high level of customer service and maximizing revenue.
Requirements
· Diploma in Hotel Management/Food & Beverage or equivalent with at least 3 years’ relevant experience, prior work experience in Banquet will be advantageous
· Team player, good problem solver who thinks outside-the-box in difficult situations
· Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment handling multiple tasks
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational and problem solving ability
· Resourceful and high level of attention to detail
· Able to work on weekends as well as public holidays
