- Prepare handover related documents, and to assist with the handing over of units to homeowners.
- Carry out full administrative and defects management functions from pre-TOP until the end of defects liability period.
- Conduct on-site checks and management of defects works by contractors to ensure works are carried out to specifications and complete on schedule.
- Attend to any emergency or incident in compliance with in-house Apps & SOP for Escalation and response time.
- Lead and manage homeowners’ relationship.
- Engage and attend to complaints from homeowners professionally and properly ,and to ensure every complaint is directed back to the homeowners with closure.
- To prepare the monthly report for the progress of defects, as well as key issues for the project.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Experienced in leading a team of executives and officers.
- At least 2 years of working experience in unit handover and defects management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and property management software, eg. Novade.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
