Responsibilities
• Presently able to manage full set accounts, including AR, AP and GL.
• Monitor and prepare cash/cheque payments, payment vouchers etc.
• Responsible for maintaining proper cash flow records
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations, journal entries for accrual and prepayment
• Preparation of quarterly GST submission, management report and month-end closing
• Ensure transactions are recorded correctly in the computerized accounting system “Accpac.”
• Forecasting annual cash flow activities.
• Responsible for Inter-company confirmation/consolidation
• Assist in the preparation of the Audit schedule
• Multi-task with Administrative, Human Resouce and Secretarial works
• Any other ad-hoc duties tasked by the Manager and Directors
Requirement:
• With a minimum of 5 years or more experience related
• Familiar with accounting software ACCPAC and proficient with Microsoft Office
• Strong administrative skills with good problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and urgency in handling tasks, positive attitude and meticulous
• Have a good grasp of accounting knowledge
• Team player and has a high degree of independence and initiative
