- Degree in civil engineering or its equavalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction engineering execution and at least 7 years of experience in tunnel construction works.
- Familiar with TBM machine operational procedures and tunnelling works.
- Familiar with LTA MRT projects tunnelling works specifications and requirements.
