Responsibilities:
- Attend to call-in or walk-in customers’ on their enquiries on funeral arrangements, products and services and follow-ups.
- Able to explain religious rituals and rites for different dialects.
- Able to work as a team player with other colleagues
- Able to handle online bookings with government authorities
- Able to handle customers with sentiment.
- Providing proactive customer outreach.
Requirements:
- Must have full working rights in Singapore
- ‘N’ Level and above
- Good command of English & Mandarin (read, write & speak to handle Chinese speaking clients)
- Pleasant personality, customer oriented and self-motivated
- Valid class 3 driving, is an advantage
- Min 1-2 years in service industry (preferably in funeral profession)
- Able to work on rotation shifts and weekends/ Public Holidays
