Business Development Manager - Workday

As a Workday Business Developer, you will be crucial to the success of our established Workday practice. Your primary responsibilities will include acquiring new customers and positioning our Digital Solutions as the preferred Strategic Workday Partner. You will identify opportunities to sell new Workday consulting services and solutions.


As an experienced sales hunter, you will leverage your Workday and industry network to generate leads, secure new business, expand your customer base, and drive top-line revenue. Our uncapped commission plan will reward your success generously.


Your expertise in Workday SaaS products and solutions will enable you to establish and manage client relationships with key decision makers, building trust by understanding their business goals to deliver successful outcomes.


With exemplary sales skills, professional services experience, and a deep understanding of Workday SaaS products, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client goals are met through first-class service delivery.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand accounts for Workday Consulting services within a designated geographic territory, industry, product segment, or channel.
  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with customers, ensuring our client is viewed as a trusted solution provider.
  • Prospect for new opportunities within both the Workday channel and direct territory.
  • Grow the sales pipeline by generating qualified leads and submitting proposals to clients, utilizing extensive knowledge of the client’s service offerings.
  • Work closely with experienced Workday architects and delivery professionals to tailor our solutions to client needs.
  • Lead and execute complex sales cycles, including deal qualification, strategy development, competitive analysis, and contract negotiations.
  • Communicate and collaborate with executives at the C-Suite, VP, Director, and Manager levels.
  • Have at least 10 years of experience in a sales hunter role within the IT professional services or management consulting industries.
  • Demonstrate expertise, a history of sustained success, and a robust network within the Workday market.
