Key responsibilities
- Process support: Streamline and optimize administrative processes to enhance efficiency, ensuring timely completion of tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Documentation and Records: Manage the creation, organization, updating and maintenance of important documents (i.e. workflow, forms), meeting minutes, and databases, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with data protection regulations and document control policy.
- Calendar and Scheduling: Coordinate calendars and schedules for program teams, including team meetings and client/trainee appointments.
- Communication: Act as a point of contact between internal team and senior management, facilitating effective communication and information flow.
- Budget Oversight: Assist head of program and team members in budget planning, tracking, and management for the caregiver services, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
- Problem Solving: support head of programs and team members in resolving daily administrative issues, implementing solutions to overcome challenges and prevent their recurrence.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements in all administrative activities.

● Onsite requirements
o 1 team meeting and/or 1 day office roster every week in CaringSG office in Enabling Village
o Ad hoc meeting or Csg events support

Basic Salary Range
