Job Description
- Involved in cost analysis and contracts administration services
- Prepare tender documents, tender evaluation reports, variation agreements
- Monitor budget and keep track of project expenditures
- Involve in all quantity surveying and contract administration activities for the projects
- Prepare and submit tenders including quantity taking off and pricing
- Prepare letter of award to subcontractors and verify claims and cost control
- Identify and prepare variations orders for the projects
- Obtain subcontractors and suppliers quotation for costing
- Perform cost comparison
- Close liaison among project managers, designers and vendors
- Ad-Hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveyor/Architecture
- Knowledge and passion in interior fit-out and builders works for retail and commercial with at least 3 - 5 years of working experience in retail fit-out environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin (in order to handle queries and concerns from Chinese speaking counterparts in regards with the site daily progress and quantity survey matters.)
- Salary commensurate with experience and qualification
