We are seeking for a detail-oriented and client-focused individual to join our team as a Client Service Associate in our Operations team. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring a smooth transition for our clients' investment accounts to a new platform and providing excellent support for client portal-related queries. In this role, you will act as a liaison between clients, business partners and internal stakeholders. The primary responsibilities of this position include but not limited to:
- Coordinate and execute the migration of clients' investment accounts from one platform to another, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding the issuance and management of client portals, providing timely and accurate information
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or queries related to client accounts migration and portal issuance
- Contribute to the improvement of processes and procedures related to client accounts migration and portal issuance
- Support in other duties as assigned
Requirements

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Is good team player with the ability to work independently and diligently
