Communications & Administrative Executive (Japanese Speaking)

Job Descriptions

  • Handling and resolving customer complaints and following up with customers to ensure high level satisfaction
  • Provide support and maintenance of company's social media accounts
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations for online/digital marketing
  • Ensure smooth communications between all channels of business
  • Preparation of regularly scheduled reports (daily / bi-weekly / monthly)
  • Inventory management of stocks
  • Support sales team in the ordering and distribution of materials.
  • Maintain and upkeep all office administrative records
  • Event preparation and execution
  • Any other ad hoc duties

Job Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field.
  • Minimum of 1- 2 years of relevant experience working in relevant field
  • Proficiency in Adobe creative software (e.g. Photoshop, In-design, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.) is required
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Require Languages: English, Chinese and Japanese JLPT 2 (for liaise with Japanese and Chinese speaking partners)
  • Collaborative, proactive and solutions orientated
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude and pleasant deposition
  • Independent and self motivated
  • Flexible and adaptable to new challenges
  • Resourceful, able to work under pressure and committed to work
  • Keen interest in social media content development
  • Able to commence work within a short notice

Working hours

  • 5 days work week (8.30AM - 6.30PM)
