Our client is a Logistic industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a HR Manager (C&B) to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West.
Responsibilities:
- Implement processes and systems to meet HR operational needs and lead the operations team in executing strategic HR initiatives.
- Refine analytics models and use visualization tools to develop recommendations for business and HR decisions, and prepare action plans to enhance performance.
- Establish a fair performance management policy and processes, and communicate these effectively to employees.
- Plan and execute organization-wide communication of the performance management system and collaborate with specialists to address performance evaluation grievances.
- Evaluate and improve the performance management system based on data and feedback.
- Develop and manage strategies to attract, motivate, and retain employees, conduct salary studies to align compensation structures with industry standards and organizational budgets, and ensure compensation remains relevant and competitive.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any equivalent
- 7 to 10 years of HR experience
- Experienced in HR technology and applications (eg. SAP SuccessFactors)
