Senior Manager / AVP - Corporate Finance: He/She will work closely and assist senior management on various transactions (Debt, Equity, and Capital market issuances, M&A, Divestment and Investments etc.)

Responsibilities:
- Preparation of professional presentation and marketing materials / Pitch documents
- Building financial projections, debt models, corporate valuation and analysis
- Participate & lead discussions/negotiations with lenders/investors etc.
- Work in close partnership with internal business leaders and operational experts on various strategic projects to ensure timely completion of various processes.
- Provide financial and accounting support for the new projects of ChemOne Group.
Requirements:
Technical Skills
- Strong financial Modelling skills with full understanding of DCF & Valuation.
- Good at creating impactful presentations & pitch documents
- Thorough in accountancy & corporate finance
Experience
- At least 4/5 years of relevant working experience in corporate finance, preferably in petrochemical / Oil & Gas / Green Energy / Infrastructure sectors.
- Good Experience of developing, executing and concluding financing transactions.
- Extensive experience of working with banks/financial institutions.
Education
- Bachelors / Masters in Accountancy/Finance/Financial management, with further internationally recognized qualifications such as CPA/CA
- CFA charter or progress towards CFA will be a Plus
Soft Skills
- Highly goal driven and works well in fast paced environments
- Good Business Communication skills
- Fluency in Mandarin will be a plus
This role may involve 20-30% travel, from time to time as required by the organization.
