- Develop business development / sales strategy to target potential markets and customers
- Cold calling of clients and email marketing to various companies
- Oversee social media, website content, work with social media management agent (if applicable)
- Coordinate customer visit arrangements, and prepare and conduct presentations to potential clients.
- Address customers enquiries by understanding their needs and offering solutions and support.
- Collaborate with sales and management team to secure, retain, and grow customers' accounts.
