Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the people strategy, managing recruitment processes, and maintaining strong communication with our global talent pool. With at least 3-4 years of experience, the ideal candidate will excel in managing HR operations, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and leading a team to achieve our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the people strategy to facilitate the acquisition and development of a talent pipeline for the assigned client group(s).
- Manage end-to-end resourcing of selected/external positions, including assessment and leading the offer-making process, in line with resourcing targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain close communication with English and Chinese speaking global talents, aligning job requirements to project needs.
- Receive and understand job requests from English and Chinese speaking clients, preparing corresponding proposals and negotiating with clients.
- Prepare and understand documents such as Employment Contracts and Letters of Appointment, liaising with Chinese clients and counterparts to meet project requirements.
- Prepare and submit tender documents for project needs.
- Support, uphold, and enforce all company policies and regulations.
- Undertake any ad-hoc administrative projects/duties as required by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
- Understanding of recruitment processes, practices, systems, HR policies, or demonstrated HR business partnering ability is preferred. Experience in a recruitment agency is a plus.
- Strong team orientation, with the ability to proactively contribute to the Integrated Resourcing team, country HR team, and others. Works effectively in virtual, diverse teams.
- Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing, attraction strategy development, assessment, and offer negotiation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high ethical standards and uphold confidentiality.
- Ability to handle tight deadlines and multitask effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
