Position: Administrative role in healthcare sector
Duration: 1-year contract
Location: Town hospitals in Singapore
Salary Range: $2500 - $3200
Requirements:
- Tech-savvy
- Healthcare background preferred
- Must be willing to work shifts
Working Hours:
- Mostly office hours, except during implementation period
- Rotational shifts (3 shifts) including weekends/PH during implementation
- 1 week of 24/7 call rotation support during the contract period, with offsite phone support outside of regular hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and transfer instructions/documents via email and Sharepoint
- Coordinate appointment bookings with various stakeholders
- Ensure accurate and timely document management in Sharepoint
- Prepare statistics/reports for internal and external customers (weekly/monthly)
- Handle stress due to short turnaround times
- Work independently
- Manage feedback and issue resolution with clients and stakeholders
- Assist with proposals, pricing requests, execution, and follow-up
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, shared services, call center, ops, etc.)
