About the Job
As the Head of Brand, Content Strategy & Social Influence, you'll drive awareness and preference for MoneyHero Group’s personal finance platforms as the preferred destination for personal finance decisions and products to deliver increase in traffic, perception, lead generation and conversion rate.
The Head of Brand, Content Strategy & Social Influence will be responsible for:
- Be the voice of the customer and demonstrate deep empathy and understanding of consumer and creator psyche and needs in the personal finance space.
- Identify the intersection of where MoneyHero Group of brands can differentiate and own to connect deeply with audiences.
- Develop regional brand, content and social strategy, platforms and campaigns in the space of Personal finance, Insurance, Banking and Digital Creators that speak to core mission of our company and how we uplift consumers and creators.
- Drive strategy and execution that is regionally scalable but can be localized to service local nuances.
- Activate strategy into impactful campaigns/execution to increase brand awareness, grow market share and deliver campaigns to drive traffic, lead generation and conversion rate.
- Develop and standardize brand guidelines that showcase our brand’s values, personality, visual identify and tone of voice and drive usage among all teams
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels and touchpoints.
- Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive content strategy that engages target audiences and supports business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with product launches, campaigns, and overall marketing strategy.
- Develop and implement strategies to build and leverage social influence across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
In this role, we are looking for someone with:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in brand strategy development, management, content strategy, and social media.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand and content strategies.
- Proficiency in content management systems, social media tools, and analytics platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
