Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Technical Architect to ensure that the solution aligns with the architectural vision and addresses any technical risks or dependencies, escalating issues as needed
- Lead the technical implementation of Salesforce solutions, overseeing development activities, code reviews, and deployments
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the development team
- Work closely with functional leads and business analysts to understand business processes and translate them into technical requirements and solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Drive the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies, promoting quality, scalability, and maintainability in the Salesforce codebase
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 6-7 years of experience in delivering Salesforce projects
- Multiple relevant Salesforce certifications
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Apex, SQL etc
- Leadership and team management experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Prior experience within the public sector and real estate industry would be advantageous
