What you'll do:

As a Payment Processing Support Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our PSP platform. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing support to our customers for any of their queries , setting up new accounts into the platform and ensuring that the platform is performing at it peak. You will or might be responsible for performing reconciliationsnand handling other administrative tasks as required. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong time management skills, and a commitment to accuracy.


What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Payment Processing Support Officer role will bring proven experience from within the banking sector, specifically in. Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel and Word is essential. A deep understanding of payment processing would be good. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent time management skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
