Job Responsibilities
- Explain employee benefits and policies and procedures effectively to employees and line managers
- Plan strategies for communication to enhance employee engagement
- Work closely with stakeholders to achieve harmonious workplace relations
- Assess employee-relation matters and identify appropriate solutions to resolve issues
- Create and implement HR policies, prepare reports, and provide critical analysis on HR related trends
- Any other related work assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Human Resource or related fields
- Good understanding of total benefits framework and policies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English
- Experience in L&D, Recruitment, Performance Management are welcome to apply.

8.30am- 5.30pm/9.00am to 6.00pm
