Job Description:
- Receive instructions and documents via emails and transfer these information to Sharepoint to be accessed by different internal stakeholders. Mainly using excel.
- Coordinate with many different stakeholders on appointment booking
- Ensure documents for candidates are saved in sharepoint accurately and timely within the next working day
- Prepare statistics/ reports for both internal and external customers (weekly and monthly reports)
- Handle feedback and manage resolution of issues with external clients and internal stakeholders
- Assist with preparation of proposals, pricing requests, execution and follow up
- Work cohesively with all internal stakeholders (sales, shared services, call centre, ops etc)
Job Requirements:
- GCE ‘N’/ ‘O’ / ‘A’ Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in any relevant discipline
- Healthcare background will be an advantage
