Job Title: Assistant Engineer (Medical)
Compensation and Benefits
- Company Van: Allocated a company van for all-day use, including weekends. Season parking at the employee's place of residence is fully paid by the company.
- Fuel-sharing: 10% of the fuel cost is paid by the employee, while 90% is covered by the company.
- Incentives: Monthly incentives for service contracts and service jobs.
- Overtime Pay: Overtime compensation for hours worked after 6 PM on weekdays.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical and Engineering Support: Provide technical and engineering support for medical aesthetic equipment, including on-site maintenance servicing.
- After-Sales Maintenance Service: Perform after-sales maintenance services, calibrate electronic components, and execute laser alignment procedures.
- Routine Repairs and Troubleshooting: Manage routine repair work, troubleshoot issues, and handle installation setups.
- Inventory Management: Oversee spare part inventory and manage warranty spare part returns.
- Servicing Schedule: Plan routine servicing schedules and assist in the setup of equipment for demonstrations and new setups.
- Service Contracts and Documentation: Arrange equipment maintenance service contracts and handle administrative documentation.
- Technical Documentation: Ensure proper documentation, notification, tracking, and follow-up on all technical matters.
- Technical Reports: Prepare and maintain technical service reports.
- Manufacturer Communication: Communicate with manufacturers regarding complaints and problems.
- Emergency Repairs: Attend to breakdown repairs at short notice.
- Delivery Assistance: Assist with delivery work as assigned.
- Technical Support at Events: Provide technical support during demonstrations and exhibitions.
