Job Description:
- Handling of general correspondence and calls.
- Administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Team
- Document management in terms of collation and filing of documents, claims and collaterals.
- General Accounting, processing of purchase orders, payments and HR support including payroll.
- Liaising with non-trade suppliers and administrative office operations.
- Manage corporate calendar and meeting schedules.
Job Requirements: Min Diploma in Office Skills/Business Management with 5 years of relevant experience
