Location: Kaki Bukit
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am-6pm, Sat, 9am-1pm
Salary: $3000 to $4500

Job Description
• Prepare quantity measurements, drawings, and cost analyses within deadlines.
• Source quotations and negotiate subcontracts.
• Be meticulous, analytical, and excellent at problem-solving.
• Attending site and technical meetings.
• Present detailed valuations on project costs and schedules.
• Accurately forecast and control costs, tracking project progress.
• Ensure compliance with cost budgets, timelines, and construction methods.
• Manage contract administration and finalize accounts.
• Submit monthly progress claims and recommend subcontractor payments.
• Assist with extensions of time (EOT) and cost claims (VO).
• Certify final valuations and settle payments.
• Prepare OMM before project handover.
• Be ready to work beyond regular hours for urgent projects.
Requirement:
• Degree or Diploma in Building/ Quantity Surveying with min 3 years’ QS work experience in Singapore.
• Proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD and able to learn new specialist software.
• Well-versed in both Contracts Administration and Tenders
• Good negotiation and coordination skills.
• Written and verbal communication skills, able to write clear reports and convey complex information.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and develop relationships.
• Skilled in numerical and data analysis.
• Good team player and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
