Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Nominee Director for local, Singapore companies representing foreign businesses.
- Coordinate and manage office administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations.
- Support basic administrative HR duties.
- Maintain and manage office supplies, including stationery and pantry items.
- Assist with logistics activities, such as sending items and sorting deliveries.
- Provide driving services as needed.
Requirement:
- Possess a valid Singapore driving licence with proven driving experience.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
