HR Executive -The ideal candidate will support the HR Manager in· Managing recruitment efforts such as writing and posting ads.· Assist on HR matters.· Conduct full on-boarding process of new hires and orientation related activities as well as exit interviews.· Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.· Nurture a positive working environment.· Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.· Conduct salary survey, develop budget and implement benefits program.· Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.· Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.· Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.· Proactively build and ensure a continuous supply of strong talent pool through constant and effective sourcing techniques for open jobs and in anticipation of future talent needs..· Work closely with managers to understand the hiring requirements, project and build future pipelines, and source for suitable candidates through appropriate recruitment platfforms· Assist with both external and internal hiring efforts (internal recruitment meaning assessment of employees for different or more senior roles.)Job Requirements:· Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.· People oriented, versatile with interpersonal and ethical conduct skills.· Excellent decision-making and strategic thinking.· Knowledge of HR systems and databases.· Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.· Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.· Knowledgeable on employment legislation matters including CPF, MOM and IRAS matters.
