What Will You Do:
- To ensure there’s enough quantities of spare parts and equipment by preparing and reviewing the spare parts list and inventory control date
- To use CMMS TMQ-W to optimise spare parts and manage stock effectively
- To ensure all service used Service used equipment’s and components are ready to use at all time.
- To analyse and improve equipment reliability of utilities & facilities to prevent recurrence with production group and contractors.
- To manage in-house contractors to execute maintenance timely and effectively.
- To develop and implement routine maintenance and inspection schedule for plant equipment’s and execute Preventive maintenance, Routine inspection and periodical inspection on Rotating and static equipment’s by co-ordinate with contractors at site.
- To manage annual shutdown and liaise with contractors and production group.
- To review and update maintenance plan for facilities and utility equipment’s.
- To ensure all maintenance activities adhere with AKSS EHS policies.
- To maintain pumps, compressors, blowers, boilers, chillers, and conveyors.
What Do You Need:
- Must have a Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Plant & facilities in chemical plant.
- Basic understanding of maintenance technology manufacturing process plant environment.
