- Preparation of monthly and year-end consolidated financial statements, semi-annual SGX results announcements, group forecasts, budgets, and annual statutory accounts for the Group.
- Conduct analytical reviews of subsidiary companies’ monthly financial statements. Assist with internal reporting to the Board and external reporting to stakeholders, including corporate banks and shareholders.
- Coordinate with auditors on all audit-related matters and manage the complete preparation of the annual report.
- Optimize the Company’s capital structure by making strategic capital investments to achieve the highest possible risk-adjusted return, managing capital financing, and overseeing dividends and capital returns.\
Requirements:
- CPA/ACCA
- At least 3 years of consolidation of accounts experience in listed company or Big 4 accounting firm.
- Comprehensive understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and Income Tax Act.
