Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring success in both local and virtual settings.
- Oversee Workspace ONE and Horizon engagements for our EUC professional services.
- Collaborate with technical and business experts to deliver projects on time and exceed customer expectations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including charters, scopes, schedules, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Proactively manage project risks and take corrective action to prevent issues.
- Continuously improve project processes by leveraging lessons learned.
- Communicate project status clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
- Direct and monitor daily work efforts, identify resource needs, and conduct quality reviews.
- Partner with the leadership team to implement proactive resourcing practices.
- Become an expert in our talent pool, identifying skills, gaps, and training needs.
- Match ideal consultants to client/solution needs for optimal results.
- Utilise technology tools to streamline resource management reporting.
- Collaborate with project managers to confirm project start dates.
- Work with project managers to adjust resource allocation as project start and end dates change.
- Communicate with consultants to confirm their workload, assignments, and availability.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a Project Manager preferably in EUC environment.
- Consulting or professional services experience preferred, technology industry experience required.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMP or PRINCE2 a plus).
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Eagerness to learn new systems and technologies.
- Confidence to push back and escalate issues as needed.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and finding solutions.
- Thrives in a remote work environment.
