Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of network and system engineers in providing technical support and maintenance to clients.
- Design, implement, and maintain network and system infrastructure for clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to networks and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for clients' needs and requirements.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks to meet deadlines.
- Create and maintain documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
- Provide technical training and mentorship to team members.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction by resolving escalated issues and addressing clients' concerns.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- At least 5 – 10 years of experience in network and system engineering, with a focus on Cisco routing/switching equipment and routing technology and protocols.
- Prior experience with security technologies and Azure systems.
