Trade Control (Export Control)
- Oversee the development and revisions of the Internal Control Program for security trade control.
- Manage all aspects of security trade control across the company.
- Provide information regarding instructions, liaison activities, and requirements.
- Handle export control processes in SAP, including material legal control confirmation and the management of control flags.
- Manage and verify the concerned end-user list, and follow up as necessary.
- Submit related reports to Headquarters.
- Conduct periodic export control training.
- Offer guidance and assistance to subsidiaries and affiliates, including support and audits as needed.
Legal related matters
- Review and manage contracts.
- Provide legal training to business units.
- Handle legal disputes.
- Manage compliance issues, including data privacy, anti-bribery, and anti-trust.
- Conduct legal audits.
- Manage internal rules.
- Oversee legal issues of subsidiaries and affiliates.
- Address other compliance matters as applicable.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in legal studies, international business, business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in trade compliance.
- Experience working in law firms or as in-house legal counsel, with a focus on business contract review and management.
- Ability to multitask and self-motivate.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
