The Role
Reporting to the Group Finance Manager and managing a team, you will be responsible for conducting credit assessment for new clients, ensuring timely billing of invoices, and closely monitoring collections of outstanding invoices, oversees the collection of customer accounts ensuring high client satisfaction and loyalty. Key responsibilities include achieving the DSO days KPI targets and proactively drive further improvements, conduct monthly AR meeting on debt status with internal stakeholders, resolve operational issues, ensure accurate and timely closing of revenue and doubtful debt provisioning as per company’s credit control policy. Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of monthly financial and management reporting, monthly revenue recognition in accordance with FRS and oversee all AR related audit activities. It is essential to pro-actively communicate with internal stakeholders to analyze information required and any functional requirements for decision making.
Your Profile
To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy with minimum 6 years of relevant hands-on credit control experience ideally in mid-size firm or MNC environment. It is essential to have strong knowledge in overseeing billing process, credit review and assessment, collection of customer accounts. We are seeking a detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive Credit Controller with excellent interpersonal skills.
