Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Account Executive who is adept at managing full sets of accounts for a variety of clients across multiple industries. In this role, you will be instrumental in performing monthly bookkeeping, preparing and submitting quarterly GST filings, drafting unaudited financial reports, and managing corporate tax filings. Your expertise in accounting software, including MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero, and Singtax, will be crucial to our mission of providing exceptional financial insights and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full sets of accounts for multiple clients in different industries.
- Conduct monthly bookkeeping and ensure accurate financial records.
- Prepare and submit quarterly GST filings.
- Draft unaudited financial reports and prepare tax computations.
- Handle corporate tax filings and liaise with auditors as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries.
- Work collaboratively within a team to meet tight deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting firm which handle full set account from bookkeeping, GST and financial report and tax filing.
- Proficient in MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero, and Singtax software
- Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, with a proactive approach to client interaction.
