Responsibilities
- Generate Perform measurements for quantities.
- Sourcing of Subcontractors and suppliers.
- Evaluation of price comparison.
- Estimation for variation submission.
- Attend site and consultant / Technical meetings.
- Valuing and preparing progress claims and sub-contract progress payments.
- Prepare and issue subcontract variation orders.
- Monitoring of project variations.
- Conducting site measurements.
Job Requirements
- Possess a Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Surveying/ Building or equivalent.
- Preferred 2 years of working experience in Singapore building construction industry with the Main contractor preferred.
- Good Experience in tendering work will be a plus.
- Meticulous, analytical, eye for details and a good team player.
