Job responsibilities:
- Fully master all service and kitchen operations.
- Building a strong team with company's mission, vision and values in mind.
- Train and guide all employees in accordance to company's key ideal employee and manager profile.
- Enhance employee experience while working in the company.
- Take lead in cultivating good mannerism in the outlet and increasing customer experience.
- Execute outlet action plans with goals in mind.
- Conduct analysis on reports and propose improvement plans of working practices and personal efficiency.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience in F&B industry with minimum 1 year experience as managerial position.
- Passionate in F&B and great customer service.
