Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve data exceptions and data quality issues.
- Maintaining of data and developing of analytics for performance database
- Analyzing and validating of requirements
- Gathering of requirements from internal stakeholders and applying effective methods
- Performing of data cleansing and ensuring data consistency
- Helping with migration of existing clients and data
- Report data quality measurements at the end of each reporting cycle.
- Document data quality errors and provide analysis of trends.
- Participate in review of existing processes and support implementation of improvements
- Perform new data new initiatives and proposing new solutions to project team.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in data management and operations.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accountancy / business or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good in identifying data issues and articulating recommendations to stakeholders.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically in Excel and Access).
- Exposure or knowledge in data visualization tool, Tableau is an advantage.
- Comfortable in attaining new skills through use of new technology tools and systems.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large volume of data.
- Exposure to financial services industries is a huge bonus
