Client is an electricity distribution company in Singapore seeking to hire 2-year Customer Care Officers.
Location: Kallang
Salary: up to $2,800 (+ sign-on bonus & completion bonus)
Work hours: Monday – Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm / 9am – 6pm
Alternate Sat: 8.30am – 12.30pm / 9am – 1pm
Your new role
· To be responsible for customer calls
· Call-backs for escalation if required
· Daily logs and administrative duties as and when required
What you'll need to succeed
· Previous experience in call/contact centre will be an added advantage
· Able to commit to the contract
