Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end delivery of programs/initiatives which include defining objectives & outcomes, proposing approach and establishing process and governance framework.
- Track initiative/program status and provide progress updates into the governance meetings with stakeholders. Highlight risks and issues. if any.
- Partner Learning & Development team and Tech SMEs to drive tech competency across Tech teams, ensure fit for role.
- Collaborate widely with RMG, EASRE and Tech teams to strengthen tech risk culture, embed risk mindset and behaviours.
- On consequence management, consolidate the list of breaches and/or incidents on a quarterly basis to highlight hotspots and key themes, skill deficiency at Tech EXCO for management oversight and intervention, if required.
- Support Genesis Project which enable Platforms to seamlessly Plan, Track and Adapt their resource allocation, provide technology spend transparency.
- Support on business management and adhoc initiatives, if any.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 8-10 years of experience preferably with exposure in Banking and Finance industry and in Technology environment.
- Self-driven, resourceful and able to multi-task.
- Detailed and meticulous with strong data analytical, problem solving and execution skills.
- Able to influence decision-making through clear storytelling; simplify complex concepts and deliver the ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- IT savvy, proficient in MS Excel and Power point skills.
