Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the quality functions for the entire manufacturing operations.
- To plan, coordinate and monitor the QC activities to achieve product quality.
- To assess and recommend investment in inspection equipment to improve efficiency and effectiveness of QC procedures.
- To conduct product failure analysis.
- Establish Quality Management Systems (QMS) and SOPs.
- Provide the necessary quality awareness to all employees plant-wide.
- Handling of customer complaints related quality issues.
- Prevent repeated quality problems internally and externally.
- Strong analytical ability required for the quality development activity and problem solving processes.
- Lead the company in achieving excellence & cost effective quality to enhance company's competitiveness in the market place.
- Liaise with other departments, customers, suppliers & regulatory bodies/authorities on issues related to quality, management system audits & environmental requirements.
- To observe and carry out faithfully and conscientiously the duties and responsibilities that are assigned to you.
- Tasks that specified in Quality Management System.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical / Electronic), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in similar position.
- Good interpersonal and analytical skill.
- Able to work independently and maintain confidentially.
- Dynamic, confident and highly analytical with strong technical.
- Proficient in both oral and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
