Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to drive business strategy and performance.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Language Skills: Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese and English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for communication with stakeholders in China.

• Document Management: Review, draft, and advise on various legal documents, including but not limited to sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements, financing documents, contracts, memorandums of understanding, letters of offer, and non-disclosure agreements.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a background in palm oil, biofuel, palm oil feedstock or related business who can contribute to both HR and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Human Resources Management:
   • Oversee and manage all HR functions, ensuring alignment with company goals and legal compliance.
   • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives and ensure regulatory compliance.
   • Partner with department heads to develop and execute strategic HR plans that drive organizational effectiveness.
   • Manage the full cycle of staffing, including recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in human resources management or employee recruitment n palm oil/ biofuel/ palm oil feedstock or related business trading.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken) to effectively communicate with English and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
• Thorough understanding of labor laws and regulations.
• Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Professional certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
