JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
· Organize workflow & manpower by assigning responsibilities
· Responsible for coordinating shifts, arranging schedules, and monitoring employees’ performance to meet daily/weekly/monthly objectives
· Ensure the safe use of equipment/ machinery and schedule regular maintenance
· Check production output according to specifications
· Submit reports on performance and progress
· Identify, analyze, carry out and monitor continual improvements activities.
· Enforce strict safety guidelines and quality standards set by the company, food industry and government agencies.
· Performed related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· Certificate or Diploma in any related discipline, Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
· Good communication and interpersonal skill
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
· Computer Literate, Microsoft office,excel,power point etc.
· Qualification in technical, engineering/ manufacturing or relevant field will be an advantage
