Boilerman

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain boilers to ensure uninterrupted production and optimal efficiency.
• Monitor boiler performance, conduct routine maintenance, and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and meticulous record-keeping.
  Perform general and emergency repairs and maintenance on all plant and equipment related to boilers.
• Conduct regular inspections of boilers and other equipment.
  Document inspections required by government authorities.
• Schedule and carry out preventative maintenance inspections and repairs.
  Address any issues promptly to prevent downtime and ensure safety. 

Requirements:

• Hold a valid Boilerman Grade II or I Certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia.
• Familiarity with boiler operation and maintenance procedures.
• Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Self-motivated and able to manage tasks efficiently.
• Ability to coordinate tasks and prioritize work effectively.
• High levels of flexibility to handle varying workloads and adapt to changing situations.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
• Strong team-playing skills to collaborate with colleagues and other departments
• Act with utmost integrity in all professional interactions.
