We are currently seeking an efficient, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial supporting role in the company, assisting in managing day-to-day office operations and providing effective administrative support. Job Responsibilities 职责和职能:

  • Assist in handling daily administrative tasks, including document management, data organization, and meeting arrangements.
  • Manage reception duties, answer phone calls and handle general office matters.
  • Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings, trainings, and events, including conference room bookings, travel arrangements, and material preparation.
  • Support in handling administrative tasks such as leave requests, travel arrangements, and expense reimbursements for employees.
  • Assist in maintaining office facilities and inventory of office supplies, coordinating related procurement activities.
  • Assist the team in completing other administrative management-related tasks..
  • Assist and complete any other duties assigned by superiors.

 

  • 协助处理公司的日常行政事务,包括文件管理、资料整理、会议安排等。
  • 管理来访者的接待工作,回答电话,并处理日常的办公室事务。
  • 协助安排和组织会议、培训和活动,包括会议室预订、行程安排和材料准备。
  • 协助处理员工的请假、差旅和报销等行政事务。
  • 协助维护办公室设施和办公用品的库存,并协调相关的采购工作。
  • 协助团队完成其他与行政管理相关的任务。
  • 协助并完成上级指派的任何其他职责。
     

Job Requirements 职位要求:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM and above.
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of collaborating effectively with employees at different levels and external partners.
  • Proficiency in using office software and automation tools such as Microsoft Office.
  • Team player with a proactive work attitude.
  • High sense of responsibility and confidentiality, capable of handling confidential information and sensitive matters.
  • Candidates must be able to written and verbal communication in Mandarin due to nature of business.

 

  • 必须至少拥有SPM或以上。
  • 鼓励应届毕业生申请。
  • 具备良好的组织能力和时间管理能力,能够高效处理多项任务。
  • 出色的沟通和协调能力,能够与不同层级的员工和外部合作伙伴进行良好的合作。
