Job Description:
- Independently manage a portfolio of audit clients and leading a team to provide a high level of service to the clients.
- Managing the audit team and ensure that all audit assignments are carried out effectively, efficiently and meeting deadlines.
- Preparing job allocation planning and manage the capacity of staff force.
- Review audit files.
- Review audit planning and identify potential problem areas for audit.
- Monitor working procedures and ensure that audit jobs are carried out in accordance with the firm’s standards, policies and guidelines.
- Provide training, guidance and mentoring team members on their personal growth and career progression.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of a recognized degree in Accounting or equivalent and/or Professional Qualification such as MICPA/ACCA/CPA Australia/CIMA
- Member of Malaysia Institute of Accountants
- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in the related field, with 3 – 4 years in supervisory role
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- High technical ability and analytical skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good planning and organizing skills and the ability to multitask
- Proactive, innovative and self-driven
- Entrepreneurially driven with the ability to establish excellent clients and staff relations
- Strong sense of integrity and good working attitude
