Responsiblities:
- Maintain, monitor the implementation and updates of ISO 22000
- Monitoring of personal hygiene standard of food handlers / Operation Staffs In charge of Audit visit by certificate body (ISO 22000) and SFA
- Liaise with external laboratory on microbiolog testing and sending out products samples for all new product and samples that on lab testing plan according to ISO 22000
- Carry out Compliance Inspection in production floor, warehouse and work with the team for corrective action
- Lead in prompt investigation and resolution of customer feedback. Complaint
- Set up or improve existing SOP on processes, storage in regards to quality and food safety
- Quality control of product production
- Make sure the date of shipment is met and within the expiry date
- Set up and print product labels
- Manage quantities of materials and ensure required quantities are met
- Any other tasks that assign by management
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in relevant studies
- Min 1-2 years experience
- 6 days work
