Key responsibilities and functions of an HR Executive may include:
- Recruitment and Staffing: Assist TA Lead/ Department Manager in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes/interview.
- Employee Onboarding: Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, paperwork completion, and introduction to company policies.
- Employee Relations: Managing employee relations by addressing concerns, conflicts, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Training and Development: Identifying training needs, coordinating training programs, and supporting employee development initiatives.
- Compensation and Benefits: Participating in salary surveys, assisting with the administration of employee benefits, and addressing compensation-related queries.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies, updating HR policies, and communicating changes to employees.
- Employee Data Management: Maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and generating reports for HR and management use.
- Employee Engagement: Implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Termination and Offboarding: Managing the termination process, conducting exit interviews, and ensuring compliance with offboarding procedures.
- Health and Safety: Collaborating with relevant departments to ensure a safe and healthy work environment, including adherence to safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience HR Generalist experience or related areas.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathetic and approachable with the ability to handle sensitive issues confidentially.
- Knowledge of best practices and well versed in singapore employment law.
