1. Manage & Oversee on-site projects according to timeline2. Conduct site survey, collect data & perform test procedures3. Plan work schedule, reviewing of schedules, project documentation & conduct site meetings4. Liaise with QS to monitor work schedule and claim /VOS5. Determine necessary equipment, materials and manpower needed6. Liaise with sub-contractors, engineers and architects and key team members of the project team7. Ensure goods received and ordered and delivered according to schedule8. Ensures compliance & assist on obtaining appropraite permits & licenses from authorities for construction sites9. Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety & regulations are complied with submission of risk & safety documentationRequirement:Interior Design/Carpentry knowledge & experience in construction/furniture industry will be an added advantage.
