1. Identify, develop and direct the implementation of business strategy.

3. Direct the planning of a progressive, viable and achievable annual budget and monitor the financial reports and forecasts of the business.
4. Recruit, select and develop executive team members.

6. Maintain and develop organization culture, values and reputation in its markets and with all employees, customers, suppliers, business associates and regulatory/official bodies.
7. Consult and report to HQ on all operation performance and progress.
8. Report to shareholders or HQ on organization plans and performance.
9. Execute the responsibilities of a company director according to lawful and ethical standards.
10. Experience in watch manufacturing environment.
