Job Responsibilities
- Conceptualise event concept and develop event proposal and budget
- Deliver and manage the projects that assigned by the management with agreed project framework
- Develop detailed project plans and manage multiple projects with tight timelines
- Plan and manage operations, logistics and manpower for the event
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of multiple projects
- Oversee event setup and dismantling
- Take on ad-hoc projects as assigned by Group CEO
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Those with related experience will be consider senior level
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multitasking skills
- Outdoor work is required from time to time
