Job Description
1.Assist and coordinate in entire recruitment process such as onboarding, off boarding and the employee life cycle.
2.Assist and coordinate in recruiting and selection, payroll administration, employment pass application and renewals, benefit and compensation, performance management and talent management.
3.Assist and maintain employees’ personal file and records ensuring they are up to date.
4.To be familiar and knowledgeable in MOM, CPF, SDL ,WICA, Employment practices, Workplace safety and Health and government grants.
5.Be familiar and assist with pass application and renewals such as Work Permit, S-Pass, E-Pass, PSA and Jurong Port Pass.
6.Coordinate in planning, developing, monitoring and make improvements in organization.
7.Coordinate with educational tertiaries/ university for internships.
8.Participate in continuous improvements of HR by keeping informed of the latest trends and rules.
9.Coordinate with management on understanding the challenges and solutions to increase efficiency and productivity of employees.
10.Provide administrative support to HR Department assigned by supervisor or management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Human Resource , certificates or any related fields are welcome.
- Familiarity with Info-Tech HRMS will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive growth mindset and strong leadership skills.
- Able to collaborate and cooperate with departments in company.
- Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information.
- Strong in technology -savvy skills such as Microsoft Excel, Words.
- Able to work in pressure with minimum supervision.
